Romac is a name that has become synonymous with manpower provision, professional building maintenance, sound management and quality service since its establishment in September 1980. What started out as a single proprietorship business enterprise, has become one of the biggest services provider for various industries. Its initial venture started with a few small contracts with the 13th Air Force Contracting Center of the U.S. Air Force at the Clark Air Base during the early 80s. Soon after, the offices of the U.S. Navy in Subic Naval Base, Camp O'Donnel, Wallace Air Station and Camp John Hay became regular clients as well. Sometime in 1984, Renato G. Romero endevoured to venture and introduce the technology and level of service he acquired from years of servicing the U.S. bases to the business in Central Luzon. The Assumption College (now the University of the Assumption) was the first client to result from this endeavour. Romac's clientele steadily grew over the years to include some of the biggest businesses in the region. Romac rose to become one of the biggest janitorial and services company in Central Luzon. This was made possible through the dedication , constant development, high standards of quality and professional workmanship of Romac.
